  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ½ of an avocado
Directions:
Mix every ingredient together until it forms a puree. Carefully apply to your face, having previously cleaned it. Leave it on for 10 or 15 minutes before cleaning it off. Do this twice a day, every day.
Exfoliation
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup fine sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil
  • 1 bar of neutral soap
Directions:
Mix the sugar and the almond oil. Then, work up a lather with the neutral soap, and add one tablespoon of the almond oil and sugar mixture to your foamy hands. Use that mixture to thoroughly clean your whole body. It is especially useful for your face, arms, neck and shoulders.
Anti-Age Treatment
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon lanolin
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons cod liver oil
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile tea
Directions:
Mix and carefully heat up the almond oil and lanolin. Stir them constantly in order to prevent scorching, turn the heat down immediately if you notice it. Add the water to the mixture to cool it. Wait until it is cool enough for you to touch it until proceeding. Combine everything with the rest of the ingredients, the result will be a light brown, creamy lotion that can be stored in the plastic bottle when not in use. Carefully massage it into the face at least once a day.
